Chess Retail is purpose-built retail management software for independent retailers, developed in-house by our own team at Chess Data. It includes stock control, EFTPOS integration, self checkout, electronic shelf labels, web store integration (WooCommerce), customer loyalty rewards, barcode scanning, sales reporting, and more - running locally on your hardware, so your system keeps trading without an internet connection.
Chess Retail supports as many lanes (terminals) as your store requires, and staff can suspend a transaction on one lane and resume it on another - even if your store server is offline.
Chess Retail connects directly to leading accounting packages - Xero, QuickBooks, and Saasu - automatically posting your daily sales data and reducing the administrative burden of bookkeeping. The integrations are included, with no third-party connector in between.
